Hope you had a Happy Easter, and are ready to work off those chocolate eggs!
I joined a cheerful group of walkers at Virginia Water on Easter Monday, for a 4 mile walk around the lake. Very enjoyable and interesting (I didn't expect to find Roman ruins in Berkshire), and the lunch stop at the Belvedere pub was very civilised.
Now that spring is here, there's no excuse for not trying out Nordic Walking, or extending your walks to improve your fitness.
I'll be in Bushy Park on Saturday morning, the 10th April. Give me a call if you want to try out Nordic Walking.
