Spring blossoms
[Photos were taken this week near Pembroke Lodge in Richmond Park]
Hello!
As the weather improves, it's so good to be able to walk around the lovely parks we have in the area. Today, I had an impromptu lesson in Richmond Park with 2 clients.
The azaleas in Isabella Plantation are just starting to flower, but the heather was a riot of colour.
It was good just to feel the sun on the skin after being covered up for months.
I'm hoping to see some new faces at the regular Saturday morning walk in Bushy Park.
Do call me if you want to arrange a taster session to see if you would enjoy Nordic Walking. For more information on all aspects of the activity, go here -

Enjoy Nordic Walking !
